CarbonTracker is a CO2 measurement and modeling procedure developed through the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) agency, which tracks emissions sources (and sinks, which eliminate carbon within the ambiance) from eighty one web pages worldwide, with the help of worldwide collaborators who offer atmospheric CO2 observations.
